1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Padel Grid website and services. By using the website, you accept these terms as amended from time to time.
2. Service description
Padel Grid provides information and search functions for padel locations, including map views, location search, nearby search, detail pages, and location suggestions. The platform does not itself broker playing or booking contracts.
Information on opening hours, amenities, prices, availability, or contact details may change at short notice and must be verified with the respective provider before making binding plans.
3. Permitted use
Use of the website is permitted only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- automated extraction, scraping, or mass retrieval of content or endpoints
- circumvention of or interference with security and access restrictions
- use for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes
- submission of manipulated, false, or infringing content
4. Location suggestions and user images
If you submit content such as location suggestions or club images, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that no third-party rights are infringed. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you submit.
We may process and publish submitted information for platform operation, editorial review, and presentation on the platform. There is no entitlement to publication.
For uploaded club images, you grant us a non-exclusive, free-of-charge right to use the images for technical processing, including compression, EXIF removal, format conversion, and, where appropriate, crop-preserving adjustments, and to display them publicly on our website and in connected app views after approval. This non-exclusive right applies worldwide and solely for the operation and presentation of Padel Grid.
We may reject submitted images at our discretion, remove them later, or temporarily disable them in response to complaints, in particular in cases of legal concerns, quality issues, or doubts about your right to submit them.
In particular, you must not upload images copied from Google Maps, club websites, Instagram, TikTok, or other third-party sources. Images showing identifiable persons without their consent, especially children, staff, or visitors, are also prohibited.
5. Third-party services
The website uses external services, in particular for maps, geocoding, consent management, analytics, advertising, bot protection, and database operation. The terms and privacy information of the respective providers also apply to those services.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website available with as little interruption as possible. However, there is no entitlement to uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free use at all times.
We may adapt, expand, restrict, or discontinue features, content, and technical implementation at any time where necessary for proper operation.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of ordinary negligence, we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation and only for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. To the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary negligence is otherwise excluded.
8. Intellectual property and usage rights
All content on this website, in particular texts, structure, selection and arrangement of data, designs, and graphics, is protected by copyright or other rights. Any use outside statutory exceptions requires our prior consent or the consent of the respective rights holder.
9. Indemnification
In the event of culpable violations of these terms or unlawful user content, you shall indemnify us against third-party claims to the extent that you are responsible for the infringement.
10. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG).
Note: The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued with effect from July 20, 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228).
11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
